Good Pay and not too hard of work and everyone was easy to work with

I learned how to better work with people that have a mental illness, history of subtance use, and chronic medical conditions.

A typcal day at the residence would be an exchange of shift information, counting off the narcotics, getting directions from my supervisor, following up with providers and making appointments, monitoring medication, meeting – more... with clients, checking rooms, meeting with next staff coming on, and recording events of the day in a log book. – less

Hard work with many customer calls, either by meetings,phones or entertainment. I learned real sales and the management were very knowledgeable and helpful. The hardest part was the positive competition between the team. The most enjoyable part was the annual trip for successful sales achievers.

Empresa humilde com ambiente muito favorável com administração familiar com ampla liberdade para executar seus conhecimentos. Aprendi a ser um gestor com qualidade e resultados. O que não colaborava com o trabalho eram os constantes atrasos financeiros, mas, superava com o diálogo e cumprimento das poucas promessas.

me pareció super tener la oportunidad de trabajar para dicha empresa la cual tiene excelente personal y calidad humana lastima que la parte administrativa no se igual y no este lo suficientemente comprometidos con la empresa y con el personal los cuales me parece que para funcionar deben de tener en cuenta que para funcionar deben de trabajar en equipo – more... administración y trabajadores para que funcione – less
