Our client, a packaging company located in Surrey is looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service for their growing team.
-2+ years of reception or customer service experience
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Understanding of accounting an asset.
-Strong data Entry.
-Aptitude for numbers and figures.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Answering the phone
-Responding to customer inquiries
-Ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
-Preparing mail and courier pick-ups
-Receive, evaluate and enter data from documents such as Service Acknowledgements, material charge sheets, and Purchase Orders to prepare invoices listing items sold, amount due, credit terms and date of shipment.
-Answering customer inquires.
-Taking work orders.
