Position Title: Bilingual Technical Support Agent

Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Compensation: Starting Salary is high 30K’s, with a clear path of advancement through raises and bonuses

INKAS® offers customers an integrated suite of security products and services, including point of sale solutions. The Merchant Services Representative will deliver excellent customer service solutions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry and/or POS terminal technology / terminology a plus
- Passion for servicing clients with proactive solutions that grow relationships by demonstrating proven relationship building, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze and assess needs of clients
- Strong flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
- Able to work effectively in teams
- Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. PowerPoint and Project)
- Exceptional written as well as verbal communication skills
- Fluency in French is required

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support
- Identify technical and operations issues as well as troubleshoot and resolve POS software problems in a client/server network environment
- Lead the installation, configuration and training for systems
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails
- Assist partners/merchants with operational needs
- Assist merchants with dispute/chargeback inquiries
- Create supporting documentation
- Assist on-board merchants
