The client is a reputable and well established food manufacturing facility located west of Toronto. The position is 10 hour shifts (hours to be determined) and reports to the Plant Manager.
The candidate MUST have strong and relevant Production Supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing, preferably MEAT and/or POULTRY. Other requirements are experience in Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Strong Leadership. Preference will be given to those with Six Sigma and/or a degree/diploma in engineering/food science/food safety or something related.
