We are seeking applicants for an IMMEDIATE employment opportunity in Prince George for the position of:
Potential candidates must possess proficient computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel), excellent people skills and a great attitude. Duties will include:
- Answering of a multi-line phone system
- Screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Take adequate messages when required
- Greet all persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from public and clients
- General administrative and clerical duties and support
- Prepare letters and documents
- Filing
- Ship/Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Supervisors
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Tidy and maintain the reception area

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be organized and must possess a positive attitude.
