Customer Service Representative

Through our excellent training program, you will provide exceptional customer service to potential customers, recognize opportunities to sell and promote the products and services we provide, build new client relationships, resolve customer needs, and spend your days in a high energy, team based environment.


  • Comfortable on the phone for extended periods
  • Be proficient at conducting needs analysis
  • Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining data
  • Minimum 1year experience making calls as a CSR or Appointment Setter
  • Post secondary diploma/degree preferred but not required
