Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

-Assess and identify qualified candidates from external sources, job boards, job postings, our internal database and referrals;
-Screen, interview and qualify potential I.T. professionals;
-Work closely with our Account Executives to place highly skilled candidates in contract and permanent positions with esteemed employers; and,
-Develop, manage and expand existing candidate and client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have:

-A post secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
-Two plus years (3 to 5 preferred) proven work experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, preferably in an I.T. staffing role;
-Experience placing candidates into permanent and contract roles;
-Strong knowledge of the IT industry;
-Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
-An ability to manage multiple projects with a positive attitude; and
-Dedication, persistence and flexibility.
