Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: Part-time, flexible hours, to cover maternity leave

Description:

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as; invoicing, preparing bank deposits, answering phones and scanning documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Administration experience considered an asset
