Administration Duties
 General Reception duties
 Respond to and/or distribute mail, email, faxes, and couriers
 In conjunction with management; review, evaluate and implement new and/or improved procedures
 Research, prepare and maintain manuals and correspondence
 Post job openings on respective medias
 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities available
 Hands-on support to a team of consultants, business developer and management
 Maintain office records and filing systems
 Produce and distribute weekly tracking reports
Accounting Duties
 Collect, verify and record employee time sheets and complete corresponding reports
 General accounting support
 Daily Bank Deposits
Office Maintenance
 Maintenance and repairs of office equipment
 “Housekeeping” – maintaining a clean and tidy work space, boardroom and kitchen area
 Order all office supplies
 Other duties as assigned
