Cons: not enough staff
Mostly making sure both store had adequate amount of staff for fights occurring, making sure there was enough stock on the shelves, solving problems, customer servicing, cashiering, acting manager on weekends, receiving product from the warehouse, checking expiry dates, complying to rules and regulation with Canada / US customs. learned lots of patients with passengers. Made some close friends. Hardest part was refusing sales because of regulation with the airlines or airline personal not complying to the regulations.
