Great hardworking group of people
Executive Assistant / Office Manager (Current Employee), Chicago, IL – April 28, 2013
Fast paced environment and self managed. Great work space and work/life balance. Challenging work. Great co-workers. Hardest part is the restructuring we have gone through. The best part is the enjoyment I feel by helping people.

Hours are Flexible
Document Reviewer / Contract Attorney (Former Employee), Charlotte, NC – April 4, 2013
Pros: nothing
Cons: no free parking
Hudson Global / Hudson Legal is a document review company that hires attorneys to review documents for Fortune 500 clients. To get the jobs, they constantly underbid. I started out making $25 per hour, then it got decreased to $24.50 and then decreased again to $23 per hour, so the pay is up and down, mainly down in this economy. Kept the bills paid, – more... that is about it. No room for advancement unless you stay there for 4 years and really, who can sit at a computer reviewing documents and not feel like your life is meaningless? Mgmt always complaining about something, the mgmt turned over quite a bit when I was there. No benefits whatsoever, no free parking, no overtime hours, no free lunches, nothing, nada, zip. All of the doc review companies are like sweat shops, I really did not like it. Being an attorney there pretty much sucks, the only good thing are the hours, you can come in and leave when you want to, because as long as you get 8 to 9 hours per day, it seems to be okay. Business casual dress environment. After one year, I finally found a full time job. Everyone there is a tattletale, so be careful who you tell your business to. – less

Technical Recruiter (Current Employee), Waltham, MA – February 27, 2013
Pros: non micro-managing work environment
Cons: no room for growth
I work as a technical recruiter and have handled many different types of roles within the IT space. I find the work enviornment to have decent direction but I am looking for a place to grow and develop in the next stages of my career.

Fun but very demanding
Temp Employee Supervisor / Handler (Former Employee), Hazleton, PA – November 15, 2012
Pros: fun atmosphere, friendly employees
Cons: demanding overtime hours, language barriers, low wages, respect of full time employees
Demand is high for the pay, not exactly what I would prefer for a career choice, but it did keep my bills paid but no savings. No benefits package, and hard to buy family extra things to maintain comfort level.

Need to focus on core competancies
Director Business Development (Former Employee), Minneapolis, MN – August 28, 2012
Pros: training for employees
Cons: late to market
Offered ongoing training for a while on new service offerings, however being late to market with several offerings put them behind the curve with little to no support from marketing. Change in leadership may have things moving in right direction.

Hudson – October 11, 2012

I don't think this comment is talking about the same Hudson. Hudson is a professional recruiting firm and does not have overnight hours.

AnonymouslyMe – December 21, 2012

Then why did you give it 5 stars?

This place is a joke,
Independent Commercial Contractor (Former Employee), Westmont, IL – July 28, 2012
Pros: no pros at all - stay away
Cons: slow and short pay
They reduce your pay when they do pay you. They tell you it was needed to get the customer signed up. Very bad customer service. This is not a good place to work, people come and go you have no no say it what you do. You get the bills from customer you make proposal and you get contract signed. Hudson makes the money. You get shorted pay a month later – more... when you receive. They tell you that you are paid evey Tuesday, never happen – less
