Good management team and friendly community, procedures and expectations of employees could be reviewed and updated
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Hamilton, ON – 27 April 2017
The management team and majority of workers have a positive attitude and are welcoming and kind. Procedures for Sales Associates on the floor should be reviewed and fixed. Individual associates are often spread thin by expectations. By helping customers, working cash, cleaning the floor, making sure dressing rooms are tidy and clothes are organized to go back on the floor and doing loss prevention, in such a large space it can get quite stressful and overwhelming.

Receiving Area Crew Member (Former Employee) – Etobicoke, ON – 28 March 2017
The job was very strenuous on our bodies as it was during the renovations of the Sherway Gardens mall. We would throw out a lot of things and move around a lot of merchandise from one floor or department to another. Long hours but good people to work with.
