Vendeur (Former Employee) – st-bruno, QC – 12 August 2017
While working at the Hudson's bay you get a great customer service formation as well as how to not only take care but satisfy the customer as well. On a daily basis everyone is in a great mood and open for anything.
lots to do, exciting company lots of employees team work and solo work lots of nice clothes and brands usually work in a certain area so able to focus on certain things and learn specifics easy uniform of all black clothing
A great professional and exciting business that I worked for
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 31 July 2017
So working at The Hudson Bay was an amazing business to work for.I learned alot about the retail side of things, I worked in the housewares department and I learned alot about how appliances work, what cookware is better than other one's and i loved helping customers by my product knowledge and the customer leaving with a smile on their face.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Richmond Hill, ON – 22 July 2017
it was a long day, but a good environment i enjoyed working with my team, but the management was terrible, they would not accommodate me with my school , they used to schedule me 32 hours a week as a part time student which was way to much.
Receiving Associate (Former Employee) – London, ON – 20 July 2017
It was a great starter job right out of high school. If you are looking for a career, to move up or advance I would say take another route. Great work experience in customer service and working in a team here.
SALES ASSOCIATE (Current Employee) – Burnaby, BC – 19 July 2017
-with hardly any training they throw you to the wolves. -if you dont have a full availibility they will not give you good hours - departments always understaffed even though most people are availible to work (not set up for success) - at most you will get a 25 cent raise IF you "exceed expectations," which hardly ever happens because of above point. - good for a first job, but no room for advancement.
