The primary role of the IT technical support is to ensure that the company’s office infrastructure runs continually and steadily. The IT technical support is responsible for office infrastructure facilities administration and security, systems operation and maintenance, related IT projects deployment and support to meet leading enterprise datacenter business requirements and industry’s rules, IT vendor management, certain aspects of project management and oversight of the support desk to ensure smooth sailing for end users' day-to-day IT needs.
Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the DC network infrastructure.
Oversees the administration and maintenance of the DC's network, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary.
Oversees the administration of the company's network platform and application.
Manages and develops upgrades to the DC's infrastructure facilities such as power supply system, environment monitoring system, cooling system.
Comply with the company’s operation management rules.
Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Works with project teams to help purchase/consignment and implement Internal Systems.

-Proven ability to perform responsibilities in Chinese Mandarin and English
-Minimum 3 years Network Engineer or IT Engineer
-Strong communication skills to deliver presentations.
-Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
-Strong experience in performing a variety of activities related to the analysis, installation, programming application and troubleshooting of networking and application systems in server room. .
-Prior experience in administering, evaluating and modifying network systems to assure proper security and operation.
-Past experience in communicating with telecommunication operators, vendors, customers and outside agencies to exchange information, coordinate activities and resolve issues or concerns
-Configures, installs, operates and maintains network hardware, appliances, software and related servers.
-Strong background in planning, deploying and maintaining enterprise IT platform and application, principles, practices and methods of WAN/LAN networking including fiber-optic and copper cable systems, data circuits, routers, switches, hubs, network operating systems, network appliances, firewalls and security.
-Familiar with Windows, Unix and Linux operating system in the Enterprise environment.
-Computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards, security systems, applications, procedure and techniques.
-Build and manages relevant vendors relationship
-Manage and renew equipments warranty on demand.
-Communicates effectively with vendors to identify service issue and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in computer science or a related field
Certification: CCNP/CCIE/ITIL preferred
