We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a min. 2-3 years experience mainly in Front Desk, Switchboard, Reservations. The successful candidate will have the following >
strong employee relation buliding skills and an ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment,
Recognizes, greets & provides exceptional and professional service to our guests and team members,
Comfortable making responsible decisions and develops recommendations for effective problem solving,
Ensures complete & accurate check in and check out of all guests,
Performs switchboard duties, including use of multi-line phone system, walkie-talkies, and air-traffic radio,
Answers all guest inquiries/questions and directing them to local attractions, activities, etc.
Completes daily paperwork and balancing cash at the end of each shift & all other duties, as assigned.
High school diploma.
3 years guest service experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
The successful candidate should be flexible with their schedule, able to work variable hours, shift work, evenings, weekends and holidays.
