Processed orders -by phone, fax ,E-mail and electronic device.( EDI). processed custom docs for product being shipped from U.S. Rotation for office functions were weekly and included invoicing-order entry- processed sales report on existing orders in system. This was to inform the sales team when their orders were to be shipped and the ETA on standing orders. Manufacturing was in U.S. We also dealt with head office asking for any documents to be sent for accounting and calling customers to inform them of any issues with shipping , pricing and credit holds on accounts. I dealt with new clients and connecting them with the sales representatives in their areas.
Co-workers- This group worked very well together. We helped each other out with customer problems and issues. we made sure all was completed at the end of the day.
The hardest part was that we did not have control of stock in our third party warehouse. The person in charge of ordering would not bring in stock until we had an order in the system- and sometimes complicated the time line needed to fulfill the request.
the most enjoyable was when management recognized our hard work after getting good reviews from our customers.
