A good start.

I think this company is a good start for anyone pursuing a job in the medical field. I went in with no knowledge of the Medical Assistance or Social Security guidelines and I find myself learning more and more everyday. The management is alright. I have personally never had an issue with anyone. If I have ever had a problem, there has always been someone to go to for help. I knew a few of my co-workers when I started, so it's always nice to have someone to have lunch with, or someone to chat with before/after hours. The hardest part of the job is dealing with clients who you can't help, due to them not being disabled or them making too much money, even though they need the help. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing you can help someone get back on their feet, get their hospital bills paid, and possibly change their life. I've had quite a few clients call in to thank me and tell me how much they have appreciated everything.

Management is easy going and fun to work for
Most days are about the same with little variance in regards to hard and easy days.
