Deliver office excellence in a park setting. Respond to school, group and camp inquiries by providing information, quotes, and logistical information as needed. Be highly organized and maintain detailed files, emails, notes and spreadsheets to document client information and booking processes. Enter and manage group bookings in our main reservation system. Order meals and communicate dietary needs to our catering partner. Be onsite to “Meet and Greet” teachers and group leaders upon their arrival. Generate invoices and ensure payment is collected for services provided.

This demanding position requires a person who can work independently in a sometimes high paced environment where multi tasking and quick decision making is required. The successful applicant will display exceptional teamwork and a strong aptitude towards communicating with onsite staff. We require all of our employees to hold a valid First Aid certificate with annual CPR re-certification, a valid driver’s license, and a criminal records check. Successful applicants are required to attend some onsite training in order to familiarize themselves with our programs.

Successful Applicants will possess the following:
-Customer oriented personality type with previous service experience
-An aptitude for planning and working under pressure
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-An affinity for details and complex logistics
-Completion of 3-day program orientation on a volunteer basis
-Possess own reliable transportation
-Computer savvy (Microsoft- Outlook, Excel, Word; Drop Box; Gmail)
