The duties of this position require an administrator who is responsible for opening/sorting/delivering mail within the branch, preparing kits for nurses, uploading files, writing up purchase orders, maintaining inventory supply and Data Entry.

You must be able to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail are a must along with a superior work ethic/attitude.

1-2 years office experience, familiarity with microsoft and database software.
