If you are looking for underqualified management and old mentality work process, than Homewood is for you! It is an employee assistance company but the only thing they assist with is free coffee. There is no work/life balance, even if they mention when you first get hired. They do not give you a possibility to work from home unless you have been there for 10years and been sucking up to the higher management since the beginning and even that does not always work. I have heard of new parents that had to go part-time bc they could not work from home some of the time to take care of their kids. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM!??! YEAH RIGHT!
When it comes to providing new ideas to improve the service and company as a whole, than that would be considered "not a team player" unless you listen to some underqualitifed manager to give their own lameideas. So you can forget about a promotion or work/life balance option. The management is so underqualified that they tend to hire Social Workers to run a team of 5-10people. Let me ask you this, since when does a social worker knows how to manage staff and increase work productivity?
If you are pushover and don't have any life goals, than this company will be a good fit you.
