Accountabilities:
. Procuring and maintenance clients in your specific territory through:
. Value added/solution selling
. The building of strong client relations for the generation of repeat orders
. Cold calling of potential new clients
. Increasing sales on developed accounts on a monthly basis, according to company demands
. Regular account management visits to maintain relationships and solve any issues that may arise
. Contact customers through a CRM system
. Assisting in the maintaining if a positive, up-beat, and healthily competitive sales team
. Maintain high standards of performance, regardless of market situation
. Meeting or exceeding all targets presented by the employer

Requirements:
. Minimum of 1 year strong sales experience
. Proven track record of over-achieving
. Experience in solution selling
. Strong team play who enjoys friendly competition as much as sharing best practices
. Team player
. Proven loyalty and longevity with former employers
. Clean criminal record check
. Sales experience in electronics
. Desire to grow with a highly successful Canadian company
. Competitive, driven, passionate and hard-working
. Experience with Salesforce is an asset
. Relationship driven
. Outgoing

Total Compensation Package:
Very generous base salary, commission, generous bonuses for those who meet or exceed targets, company cell phone, company laptop, flex benefits paid by company
