Perform sales administration functions in our sales office while offering support to the sales team.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
➢ Prepare agreements of purchase and sale, schedules, amendments and legal documentation
➢ Sales office organization, brochure packages, price lists
➢ Greet and register all visitors to the sales office
➢ Answer telephones and respond to inquiries
➢ Track sales and traffic
➢ Maintain database of traffic and sales
➢ Order supplies
➢ Must be highly motivated and organized
➢ Experience in Real Estate is a must
