Home Instead Senior Care is the world's largest provider of comprehensive non-medical care services for older adults who wish to remain living at home. We are looking for a motivated, organized professional for the role of Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator.

Key responsibilities:

Field client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgable manner
Develop and maintain positive relationships with caregivers and clients through quality assurance phone calls, visits, cards and special events
Conduct follow up as necessary
Monitor, mediate and log both client and caregiver activity, follow up on the caregiver assignments and counsel caregivers on quality assurance concerns after communicating with clients
Coordinate client schedules on a daily basis
Conduct client/caregiver introductions as scheduled
Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records
General reception duties

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with excellent prioritizing and time management skills
Strong knowledge and proficiency with Windows and MS office
Undergraduate degree or diploma
Ability to present a confident, professional demeanor
Strong problem solving skills
