We are looking for management teams of two people (in a relationship, friends, siblings, business partners) to live on-site and manage our retirement living facilities across Canada.
In this role, you will manage a staff of about 20, promote and market the facility, and see to the day-to-day business operations (including bookkeeping, purchasing, payroll, and scheduling).
We pay all of your living expenses, including an apartment, and three chef-prepared meals per day. We have a base salary, bonuses, and a health benefits plan.
