Calculate and balance point of sales by reviewing all receipts, credit card vouchers, daily and month to date reports.
To greet and register guests & maintain guest accounts.
To provide services associated with the guest service function in a professional manner.
To take, confirm and record reservations.
To handle/screen guest complaints.
To overbook the hotel, and to walk guests if necessary within the given parameters.
To maintain a neat and clean appearance both personally and in the work area.
To maintain the standards and policies set by Holiday Inn and Westmont Hospitality.
To sell and up sell other services offered by the hotel.
To perform all other duties as required.
Minimum High School Diploma, Preferred Post Secondary Education
Must have previous skill in Guest Service (.e. Cashier) must be
mathematically inclined and computer literate.
