Fairfield Inn & Suites, Brampton is seeking a Front Office Manager who will work closely with the General Manager, and who must delegate and supervise the performance of all team members, be responsible for providing immediate resolutions to guest requests and issues on behalf of the management team, assist in scheduling staff according to labour standards and forecast occupancy and be involved in the revenue management operation.
In addition, the Front Office Manager must communicate hotel deficiencies to the General Manager, provide assistance in staff members performance development, adhere to hotel credit policies and procedures, be hands-on in all tasks related to guest service at the front desk and ensure all public areas as well as back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.
Marriott experience an asset.
A minimum of 2 years of Front Office Management experience.
Working knowledge of various computer systems including PMS, Fosse, and Marsha.
Strong revenue management skills and good understanding of OTAs.
Is hospitable and knowledgeable in the art of professional yet personable service.
Proven ability to be organized, detailed, efficient and work under pressure.

Must be flexible with shifts, am/pm, weekends and holidays.
Have a good command of the English language.
Needs to be great at multi-tasking with strong customer service skills.
