Successful candidate willl maintain the public face of the hotel by ensuring all activities and operation of the hotel standards are run efficiently and effectively. Front office manager will possess leadership, problem-solving, integritiy, innovation and great customer service skills for our hotel.
Job requirements include but not limited to:
Must have Front Desk/Guest Services Manager experience (at least 3-5 Years)
Stong working knowledge of the front office and overall hotel operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team at the front desk
strong workng knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods and practices and techniques
Exceptional conflict resolution skills
Good training, coaching and mentoring skills are essential
Able to build, maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and customers of the hotel
great sales skills, Able to work weekends and evenings when required.
