the hardest part of the job
Clinical Research Coordinator (Former Employee), St Petersburg, FLJuly 5, 2014
Pros: only health insurance!!!!
Cons: time schedule is terrible, they hired all employees as exempt position, so no matter what how many hours in week as long as your work is done, even no off on weekends, all they want is employees to keep working like robot
I would recommend candidates not to join Hill-Top Research Inc! I recently joined as CRC and I left job within four weeks. I found that the president of company and managers are horrible. The President lied to me about salary. So, I didn't get paid accordingly.

A Good Starting Point in a New Field
Senior Research Technician (Current Employee), Memphis, TennesseeOctober 13, 2013
Pros: good entry point.
Cons: sometimes, for some people, a lack of a career path beyond an entry point.
If you are a person who is looking for a good entry point into Clinical Research, then Hill Top is a good place to start.

The company gives adequate training in GCP and GMP and ICH guidelines and allows for room to make a few mistakes along the way and, yet, you'll move forward with good corrective action and you can develop somewhat within the ranks – more... of this company.

Your development, within your standing job duties, can be almost limitless.

The facilities and personnel I have visited have all be casual and friendly and always willing to answer your questions...and this is great. – less

Unique place to work, with a variety of experiences available
Recruiting Coordinator (Former Employee), Scottsdale, AZAugust 25, 2013
From combing lice out of hair, to sniffing underarms to determine how effective deodorant is, to watching people sit in a hot, climate controlled room to measure the amount of sweat produced, Hill Top Research was never boring. Finding people willing to do these "studies"? That could be boring, and difficult, but overall, it was an interesting place – more... to work – less

Great Peers
Exec. Assist.VP/ COO & Dir.Clinical Operations (Former Employee), Loveland, OHJune 18, 2013
Pros: was appreciated for what i did
Cons: ate lunch too many times at my desk
Started the day right off with research and communicating with other sister companies. Many presentations to prepare and to learn. Always needed to be one step ahead of the Boss and what they were thinking. Set up a new filing system which was greatly appreciated. Most enjoyable is getting the job completed and seeing the VIP able to drink his coffee – more... in peace. – less
