For me very bad experience with Hill Intl. If any project got delay or stopped, next day you will get termination letter. Don't think company will shift you to another site or project.

Working in Hill International as a Mechanical Superintendant
Mechanical Suprintendant (Former Employee) –  Dubai6 October 2017
A very strong ethics company with international background mixing many cultures and lot of expertise in the project management arena.
Working in Hill is hassle free and it gives a lot of opportunities for employees to grow in their field.
I learned how to do project management of large projects, which I believe I am intermediate having lived a full life cycle of 3 large projects in 8 years.
The management is very lean, the top people at Hill are not visible to the site team. the work culture in Hill is full of freedom and hassle-free without any peer pressure, the best place to work.
Same as any project management company after completion of the project the continuity is dependent on any available project in the region to be kept employed is the hardest part.
Pros
Cosmopolitan international culture, strong ethics, hassle free work culture
Cons
Job continuity is a problem

Hill International
Vice President, Business Development Southwest (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZ12 September 2017
Hill is currently undergoing great change as an activist investor group has taken a significant ownership of this public company. They won a majority of board seats in a proxy battle which resulted in the resignation of David Richter who's father was the founder of Hill.
The new management put a cost cutting program in place which resulted in the elimination of many non-billable emloyees at the company.
Pros
Great people at the local level
Cons
clients may see the firm in flux and this may make aquiring new clients more difficult

Salary benefits are excellent as well as site work conditions, accommodation, health insurance benefits, food and rotation schedule.Transportation is also excellent as we were given service cars for our travel to and from the site through to the Clinic extension.Hardest part of the job is to make progress for construction as we are tasked to complete the work for 4-5 bldgs. in 1 year but the Contractor`s manpower and materials are less than expected.

Renowned Construction Management
Construction Inspector (Current Employee) –  Broadview Heights, OH24 August 2017
My role as a construction inspector on a smaller project is not indicative of the company as a whole. That being said, the construction inspector is normally just a warm body to the company and this is especially true at Hill. Very little contact with direct supervisor and little room for advancement in the role as a construction inspector, primarily for those with goals of becoming project engineers.
