We are currently looking at expanding our corporate team and are looking for a full -time administrative/executive assistant. In this role we are looking for a bright, hard-working individual to manage day to day administrative duties primarily for the CEO, and other members of the corporate team.

Skills and Experience Required
Certificate or equivalent education in Administration or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft office (including Windows, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
Ability to perform general administrative duties including: booking travel, meeting minutes, scheduling appointments and meetings using electronic calendar systems, answering phones, greeting visitors
Operate office equipment such as fax machine, photocopies, voicemail messaging system, and computer scanner equipment
Edit and format documents for executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced ever changing environment
Professional personal appearance
Highly organized, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail is key
Self-motivated, able to work independently and part of a team
Own vehicle is required as there will be occasions whereby the individual is required to pick up/deliver documents to other offices or store locations
