HigherBracket is looking for a fabulous people person who will work in our new Sidney, BC office to complete the following primary tasks:
1. Deal with inbound client emails and phone calls, provide client support and sales
2. Conduct outbound calls to our clients to build rapport and ensure that they get the most out of our services.

1. You have great people skills. You enjoy talking to people on the phone and you enjoy assisting people.
2. You are good with low pressure, consultative sales. Explaining clients options and helping them choose the right services to move their careers forward.

6. You are a self starter that takes initiative; you have the ability to add value by suggesting improvements to your department.
7. You are good at thinking about the whole problem, not just about your job description; you are a champion of a better way.
8. You are a great communicator and you have the confidence to ensure that you are heard. You are able to ask questions, able to speak up. No demure mumblers need apply...
