We are a natural beauty products company looking for a full-time Office Assistant to help the Office Manager with general office duties. The Office Assistant will also follow-up with existing customers (natural food stores, pharmacies, grocery stores) about orders as well as develop new business relationships with prospective customers, generating sales. Basic financial tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Quickbooks a must.
-Strong organizational skills
-Bilingual (English and French) with strong written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize and to perform tasks with frequent interruptions.
-Ability to work independently and initiate projects and drive them to completion.
-Experience in sales and marketing an asset.
-Knowledge in natural products a plus.
-Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
-A college degree is preferred, but if you make up for it with enthusiasm and a strong profile, this will be considered.

Wages and hours will be discussed. To start immediately.
