Applicants will need to hold a full driving licence, have their own transport and have the right to work in the UK. All successful candidates, irrespective of their previous experience, will complete our comprehensive induction training course at our head office in Warwickshire or in one of our many local branches across the country. Our recruitment and supervision process is extremely thorough, all carers are qualified against the Disclosure & Barring Service, as well as with verification from 2 references and have to successfully complete a 5 day induction training course before being offered any employment.
We work extremely hard with our families to get the carer matching process correct, once in placement all carers have the continuous support from a Local Manager as well as back up 24hour support in case of emergency.
