You MUST have:

  • More than 2yrs Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Familiarity with help desk or CRM solutions preferred
  • A friendly and professional phone manner
  • More than 2yrs Experience in an administrative role
  • A desire to improve your skill set
  • Strong computer skills, 45 -60 WPM.

You are:

  • A Self-Starter
  • Able to Multitask and Organized
  • A Team Player and Reliable

Education Requirement:

  • You have a College diploma or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
