The most enjoyable part of the job is the client interaction. The office was very busy and had many walk ins. A typical day was filled with appointment making, screening calls, 3rd party billing and patient inquiries in house and on the phone. I learned time management is a key component to running an effective office.

I have worked for this company going on 3 years and I am amazed by the teamwork and drive of the people I work with. Many of the patient coordinators and Audiologists have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. There is a lot of upward mobility for people who have that ambition and the Managers are all seasoned Hearing healthcare professionals. I would highly recommend any position within the Helix family!
