We are currenlty looking for a Bilingual Consumer Affairs Representative to join out team.
Respond to bilingual consumer and customer inquiries and concerns reported to Heinz by telephone, mail, faxes, email, etc., with appropriate correspondence, and reimbursement when deemed necessary. Responsible for relaying accurate, technical responses to the consumer in a clear, concise and understandable manner.
Arrange to obtain consumer exhibits using one of the following methods: courier service, Heinz Sales staff, or direct mail-in from the consumer. All samples must be forwarded to the appropriate factory contact for analysis and corrective action as needed. Maintain regular contact with technical staff at all co-packer locations in order to obtain information related to consumer samples or questions.
Act as liaison with assigned Marketing team(s) to keep abreast of new product promotions and launches, and to share consumer insights.
Alert management to any critical consumer concerns, or threats.
Generate ad-hoc consumer verbatim reports through data base (Quality Assurance, CFIA, Marketing, R&D).
Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys and summarize feedback.
Minimum College Diploma in communications, sciences or equivalent work experience in related field.
Minimum 2-years work related experience in dealing with the public.
Fluently bilingual (both oral and written in French and English).
Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal skills and communication skills both oral and written are a must.
Familiar with word processing packages (Microsoft Word, Wilke-Global and Excel are preferred)
Excellent typing skills are a must.
Prior Consumer Package Goods experience would be considered an asset.
Ability to work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday
