HEINEKEN Canada Inc. is looking to hire a Field Marketing Managers (FMM) for locations in Ontario and British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who:

The FMM will be responsible for the execution of regional commercial plans and driving commercial opportunities in the region. Reports to a Regional Director.
SCOPE OF TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
VISIBILITY: Deliver on visibility targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis. Implements visibility targets on and off premise.
PROMOTION: Responsible for executing promotional targets on and off premise
SPONSORSHIP: Implements local activations at event level
DISTRIBUTION: Drives product visibility and draught distribution targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis
Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG industry. Prior experience in the Beer industry and/or knowledge of the Canadian beer market is highly desired.
Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the business is essential.
Ability to work and build relationship with stakeholders: Distributors/ Regional management, Finance Partners
Skilled at influencing and inspiring others
Knowledge and understanding of the HEINEKEN consumer and lifestyle
Fluent English is essential (also in writing) * French is desirable
