Heavens Boahene Company is a retail establishment specializing in Mens, Womens, and Childrens wear.We also specialize in accessories, and sporting goods. As we are expanding we currently seek a part time secretary.

- Minimum of 3 shifts per week ( 4-5 hours/per shift)

Job Description :

- Your role within this position will be to do the following:
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is organized/ filed/ and correctly issued
-Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Taking dictation and minutes
-Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
-Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
-Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
-Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Requirements :

- Female of 18 - 25years old**
- Fluent and able to write in English on intermediate level**
- Min One year experience in Customer Service**
- 6 months - 1 year administrative experience**
- 60 to 100 wpm**
- Tech Savvy; Familiar with ipads, tablets and computer softwares such as excel,msword,power point,etc.**
