HEARING SOLUTIONS has been providing Audiology and hearing aid services to the public since 1996. We currently have 12 clinics and thousands of satisfied customers in the Greater Toronto Area as a result of our professionalism and exceptional devotion to quality customer care.

We are presently seeking a motivated individual for a Client Care Supervisor/Territory Supervisor for the Pickering / Central GTA area.

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Service and Operations, the Client Care Supervisor plays a vital role in the development, growth and management of all of Hearing Solutions Clinics. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations, including the supervision of front desk staff. He/She will work directly with key personnel to maintain an exceptional level of customer service, quality, and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values.


Meet or exceed corporate goals for assigned territory
Act as first line of contact for clinic staff
Ensure that all client record keeping is maintained and follows operating standards
Observe, monitor and track performance of front desk staff within assigned territory
Conduct and submit monthly performance reports and summaries
Develop and implement front desk staff development plans to achieve goals
Assist in the design and implementation of clinic policies, processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Assist in managing, planning and coordinating clinic staff schedules
Assist in recruitment, training and supervision of front desk clinic staff
Perform front office staff roles & responsibilities on an as needed basis
Performs other duties as assigned

The successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a multi-store capacity and holds a certificate in retail management or a comparable discipline. Is a proven leader with a strong understanding of retail operations. Has a proven ability to motivate and develop associates, as well as the ability to foster and nurture relationships among staff. He/she has ability to travel frequently across the GTA and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasional evening, weekends and holidays.
