POSITION TITLE: Collection Clerk / Officer

LOCATION: Scarborough and Thornhill
Type: Full-Time

START DATE: March 2013

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
We are currently looking for a Collection Clerk / Administrative Assistance for our growing Company. In this full time position, you will maintain the aged trial balance to accepted levels; follow through on collection activities; collect outstanding receivables professionally via phone, email and fax; document all communications and commitments; and release orders on credit hold. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing organization and build their career.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Collection Experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Small Claims would be a strong asset
  • Performance oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

SALARY RANGE: Based on experience.
