We are a high volume weight loss clinic with over 2500 active patients undergoing medically supervised weight loss programs. Our medical doctors consult between 20-60 patients per day. We have a studio in the same building, where our group fitness trainers manage the physical fitness side of our weight loss programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Face to Face Sales - Perform fitness consultations, enrol patients in our group fitness programs, adhere to sales quota
  • Ensure a full schedule of confirmed appointments, for every single shift (at least 10 patients per day)
  • Telemarketing – calling through our database of patients on a daily basis to schedule appointments
  • Maintain records of call activity and conversation results, reach daily appointment targets
  • Other sales and office related duties as required

Required Experience/ Education

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales environment, with face to face sales experience
  • Telemarketing experience is a major asset
  • Either completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or reputable diploma related to health or fitness or related degree

  • Energized, friendly, fit, positive attitude, polite and self driven to succeed in sales
  • Ability to speak tactfully, clearly, confidently, professionally and energetically
  • Knowledge in fitness program design, aerobic fitness, weight loss and weight training are major assets
  • Able to work under pressure
  • High level of personal integrity and responsibility
  • Comfortable working towards strict sales quotas
  • Willingness to learn, non defensive and open minded
  • A strong personality and ability to “close the sale”
  • Excellent ability to interact with patients/ clients face to face and on the phone

SALARY: Base salary + Commission + Monthly Bonus for Hitting Quota

SALES TRAINING PROGRAM: Prior to starting in the role, every candidate will undergo a 2 week (part time) sales training program
