On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Manager of Organisational Development, to advance employee and leadership training programs; to design and manage organizational processes, to address succession planning; to employee development programs for both unionized employees and non-unionized management; to develop needs analysis and create performance improvement strategies; to implement coaching and employee support projects company wide.
Ideal candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Post graduate, or Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience, implementing programs of organizational development, training, intervention/mediation, behavioral change management, etc.
- Must be a strategic thinker
- A Masters in Human Resources or Organizational Development is ideal
