Our client, a global leader in Freight Management, is seeking a National HR Manager for their headquarters in Mississauga.
As a stand-alone Manager, this individual has a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the design of the HR structure for an enterprise industry leader.The successful candidate will take ownership of National HR functions including policy and procedure implementation, performance management, recruitment and vendor management.
- 5+years of progressive full life-cycle HR experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the Employment Standards Act for Ontario, Quebec and BC
- HRIS and ADP experience
- Experience in the transportation industry would be an asset, but is not mandatory
