We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our NEW Toronto Flagship Store.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, be energetic and above all sales driven. As a Store Manager you will oversee our 10,000 sq. ft. showroom featuring Hauser Patio furniture, Brown Jordan patio furniture and Hauser’s brand new in Home collection of indoor products. Your innovative spirit, enthusiasm and keen sense of contemporary design drive the “wow” factor our store exudes. You will build and execute floor plans to create a unique shopping experience for Hauser customers. Your ability to communicate and product knowledge is crucial to your success in this role. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for recruiting and training new associates, developing existing employees and motivating your team to ensure the highest level of presentation and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will provide interior/exterior furnishing solutions to create an elegant living space for our clients. Your overall success will be evaluated based on sales targets.

- Minimum 3 years Sales and Management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Furniture sales experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Completion of College or University
- Self- motivated and ability to motivate others

- Completion of interior design course
- Experience working with professionals in the Toronto Design community
