Working within the Customer Service Department in a team of 12 CSR's. The business handles wholesale customers within Canada, United States and UK/Euro.
Receive calls from customer/sales rep regarind problem orders shipped.
Research the problem and choose a solution to solve the problem.
Follow up with customer.
Perform reshipment of the product.
Creates a credit memo upon product received and forwards to accounts receivables.
Credits the card for prepaid shipment and releases a credit memo to accounts receivables.
Assist with Customer Service with order entry and incoming calls
1 year min. experience in retail/wholesale customer service
Fluent English (basic French)
Worked in wholesale (clothing) industry an asset
