Good place to get started at, but don't expect any raises. Lack of communication from Supervisors and above, depending on the account, no sick time separated from your PTO, benefits are available for Health Insurance, and always need to watch your own back. Environment is depending on who you work with and account as well, but at least they have some fun activities year round to engage you to participate on.
events, shift schedule, benefits, pay
no raises, lack of advancement, lack of communication, miscommunication
I would assist customers in any way I could, learned customer support skills, the managers were always happy to help, the hardest part was dealing with customers that wanted the impossible. and I really enjoyed helping people, and working with great people.
Ground Service Agent (Former Employee) – Texarkana, TX – 4 March 2018
The management is not made up of leaders. They will tell you to do one thing on way and it is actually supposed to be done another. The leads and management do not take responsibility for their agents and do not assist their agents. They tried to do mandatory overtime and have had several lawsuits against them for OSHA violations.
I Loved the opportunity working at Harte Hanks, Being a Quality assurance specialist I met alot of amazing people . I was able to build a team and work really well together. It is sad having to leave after 5 years.
Domestic Trace Operation Lead (Current Employee) – Texarkana, TX – 24 February 2018
Like most call centers, highly vulnerable to racism/favoritism. Corporate culture favors client over employee %100 of the time. Fair pay for the area, low pay for the industry. Excellent benefits and occasional overtime.
