Great people, bad environment
Administration (Current Employee), Toronto, ONAugust 7, 2014
Pros: great employees, good benefits
Cons: long hours, slow job advancement
The staff is very friendly and the benefits and discounts are great, however you are constantly being talked down by the sales associates and customers. Its a cut throat environment and barely anyone in admin ever gets a promotion.

It is a good place to work
Administration/Harry's Helper (Former Employee), Vancouver, BCApril 24, 2014
Pros: great people
Cons: long hours standing
As administration you are working as a cashier or a Harry's Helper (seasonal help). You work with a group of nice men and women selling men's wear. You answer phones and except payments.

The hardest part of this job is the standing for long periods.

The best part of this job is the people you work with. The management treats employees like they would – more... want to be treated. They don't expect anymore out of you than what they would put out themselves. – less
