It is a good place to work
Administration/Harry's Helper (Former Employee), Vancouver, BCApril 24, 2014
Pros: great people
Cons: long hours standing
As administration you are working as a cashier or a Harry's Helper (seasonal help). You work with a group of nice men and women selling men's wear. You answer phones and except payments.

The hardest part of this job is the standing for long periods.

The best part of this job is the people you work with. The management treats employees like they would – more... want to be treated. They don't expect anymore out of you than what they would put out themselves. – less

It was fun working at Harry Rosen and enjoyed meeting people from different culture and from different back ground.

If you want to advance you need to know who to kiss up to, no one looks at hard work or loyalty to the company.
