Depending on the location management can be really great at their job or really terrible and not care about the associates. The pay for part time CSRs is awful considering how much work we really do. I have also had bad experiences with my direct manager just not knowing how to handle her own responsibilities or how to be a team leader. You would think an adult knows how to solve problems without acting like a petty child, but nope, not at Harry Rosen. The sales associates also ONLY work on commission, no hourly involved. The only good thing about this company is that if you would like to move up to the office and you have the right qualifications it is possible as most central office jobs are posted internally. Other than that, there are better high end retailers who treat and compensate their associates a lot better than Harry Rosen does.
