Law firm seeks a part time receptionist
Mon - Fri 4:30 - 6:30 pm

Required a Receptionist (preferably speaks a foreign language other than English or French) , who can professionally reflect the image of our office and coordinate the front office communication and logistics activities on a day-to-day basis.


-Provide frontline customer service to all callers, visitors and employees;
-Provide reception and switchboard answering services;
-Coordination of appointments;
-Prepare and drop off mail as required;
-Provide clerical and administrative support to staff;
-Main liaison between staff and clients;
-Proactively maintain and resolve issues that may arise;
-Act as backup vendor contact as related to: Canada Post, courier, equipment maintenance, IT personnel, coffee and office supplies and so on;
-Accounts Payable data entry backup as required.
-Receive and record client payments on account;
-Maintain files; and
-Perform other duties and/or special projects as required.


-Post secondary education preferred.
-Receptionist experience required.
-Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel considered an asset.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask.
-Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as within a team environment.
-Demonstrated strong time management skills, a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.

Location: Between Inglewood and Downtown within walking distance of the C-Train.
